Account Information: To create an account for the Services or to enable certain features, we may require that you provide us with information for your account, such as your name, email, profile picture, password, authentication credentials, payment card information, and transaction history (collectively, “Account Information”).
  2. Customer Content: When you use our Services, we collect Personal Information included in the input, call recordings, file uploads, transcription description data, or other content that you provide to our Services (“Customer Content”). Our use of and processing of Customer Content is governed by our Terms of Service.
  3. Payment Information: If you sign up for a paid subscription, we (or our payment processors) may need your billing details, such as credit card information, banking information, and billing address. Your payment information, such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date, or other financial information), is collected and stored by our third-party payment processing company (the “Payment Processor”), and use and storage of that information is governed by the Payment Processor’s applicable privacy policy. As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, Stripe is the Payment Processor used within the Services and its privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/us/privacy. To facilitate your order transactions, we collect and store your credit card type, the last four digits of your credit card number, and expiration date, but no other financial information.
  4. Communication Information: If you communicate with us, we collect your name, contact information, and the contents of any messages you send (“Communication Information”).
  5. Social Media Information: We have pages on social media sites like Instagram, Facebook, Medium, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. When you interact with our social media pages, we collect Personal Information that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details (collectively, “Social Information”). Additionally, the companies that host our social media pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics about our social media activity.
